Career

Freelancer Screenwriter

  • Developed original screenplays for short and feature-length films across genres (e.g., drama, thriller, etc.)
  • Participated in screenwriting labs and workshops through CineSud and other European film hubs.
  • Collaborated with directors and producers on script development, rewrites, and pitch materials.
  • Wrote and formatted scripts using Final Draft; created pitch decks for funding applications.
  • Provided script consulting and feedback for emerging filmmakers and peers.

Nederland’s Films Festival

Production Assistant.

  • Supported the execution of the NFF Gala and Golden Calves award ceremony.
  • Assisted with setup, prop logistics, and live event coordination.

Piece of Magic Entertainment

International Sales and Operations Coordinator.

  • Created performance reports for rights holders based on box office data.
  • Conducted market research and maintained communication with cinema partners.
  • Processed BOR entries and invoicing via the MICA system.

Paramount Pictures

  • Analyzed streaming rights contracts for films in the Netherlands and Spain.
  • Produced compliance reports on rights distribution by platform and region.

Previous releases:

Godzilla Minus One

One of the release I take the most pride in is the EMEA (excluding UK) release of Godzilla Minus One, which became a BO success. and went on to win an Academy award.

Overseeing the release of the film in Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxemburg, and in the Balkan and Baltic states.

One Piece Film: Red

The release of One Piece Film: Red was the first ever release of an anime film in Greece, and Greek cinemas were hesitant to have an anime film on its program. Having to stablish a working relationship with cinemas in Greece was a challange at first.

Once we had Village Cinemas on board and as pre-sales grew, more and more cinemas came on board. This lead to the film debuting No. 1 at the Greece box office, with over 90.000 EUR in the opening weekend. And since then, we have been able to continue working with cinemas there for all our releases.

Mars Express

Having its Belgian premier at Anima – The Brussels Animation Film Festival, Mars Express came with the challenge of delivering the correct version to cinemas in Belgium.

Being French spoken, we had to coordinate with the cinemas to deliver the correct version of the film to different locations and cinemas. Having the English and Dutch subtitle version of the films, we had to communicating with the cinemas to deliver the correct DCP & KDM of the films to their locations.

Akira 4K Re-release

On it’s 35th anniversary re-release, I was honored to oversee the first ever theatrical release of the film in Croatia & Serbia. Having sold out screenings on its 2 day event release.

As well as leading the negotiations for its re-release in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

LOL World Championship Viewing Party

The massive popularity of e-sports is showcased on the multiple viewing parties happening simultaneously all across the world.

As its a live broadcast, we had to make sure cinemas had the needed equipment to broadcast the event, as well as coordinate the starting time all across EMEA.
